#BiasedSupremeCourt: Ghanaians criticize Chief Justice Anin-Yeboah for being bias against Mahama in the Election Petition case

Some Ghanaians are criticising Chief Justice Anin-Yeboah for being biased against the petitioner in the Supreme Court in the ongoing 2020 Election Petition case.

According to the views of these individuals shared across social media, the Chief Justice is in bed with the governing party and is doing whatever it takes to ensure that the President and the Electoral Commissions win.

Pushing their reservations with the hashtag [#BiasedSupremeCourt], these concerned Ghanaians or better still NDC sympathizers believe the Chief Justice has exhibited his prejudices and inclination towards the 2nd and 3rd Respondent in his rulings so far.

They believe Chef Justice Anin-Yeboah does not have the credibility to deliver a fair ruling on the case because he was appointed by President Akufo-Addo and will surely do his bidding.

Yayra Koku wrote: Tell me one dissent view in any of the Supreme Court ruling. Even when it came to the respondent’s objection to the witness statement, they all agreed on certain paragraphs that should be struck out. This is indeed surprising #BiasedSupremeCourt

NanaYaa Prempeh wrote: #BiasedSupremeCourt it’s only in Ghana where a constitutionally mandated person’s document cannot be inspected, her name cannot be mentioned, you cannot subpoena her, neither can you ask interrogatories. These were made possible by these corrupt judges.

Kwame Doku wrote: It’s only in Ghana’s supreme Court that Judges will be asking Respondents to check paragraphs of an application from petitioner and help the respondent lawyers to ask it should be striked out
